This is primarily a GPS tablet which works anywhere without a Cell signal, using a free satellite uplink. It has many tablet features such as a mp3 player built in, photo viewer, built in games, Windows CE, 4GB Mini SD Card installed, FM Radio, etc., Comes with suction cup car bracket, 12Volt cigarette lighter power cord, AC power supply, etc. This unit has a built in, rechargeable backup battery, but is designed to be plugged into a power source for continued operation. Lightly used, 4 times since purchased 2 years ago.. No manual, but you can download one, but it is so user friendly you do not require one.
